General Regulations
The Indonesia Jetsport Boating Association (IJBA) establishes these rules to ensure fair competition and the highest standards of professional conduct. All participants, including racers, mechanics, and team managers, are required to strictly adhere to these mandates.
1.1 Eligibility
Racers must be minimum 16 years of age and hold a valid IJBA Competition License. International participants must provide an equivalence letter from their national governing body.
1.2 Entry Fees
All entry fees must be settled 72 hours prior to the race weekend. Late entries are subject to a 25% administrative surcharge and potential grid penalty.
CRITICAL SAFETY RULES
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE PROTOCOLS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION AND A PERMANENT SEASON BAN.
MANDATORY GEAR
SNELL-approved full-face helmets and armored chest protectors are non-negotiable for all heats.
ZERO TOLERANCE
Absolute zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and controlled substances within 24 hours of competition.
LANYARD KILL-SWITCH
The engine kill-switch lanyard must be attached to the rider's wrist at all times when the engine is running.
